Alan Armbruster

Alan Armbruster was born December 8, 1964 in Wakeeney, Kansas and left us March 17,
2024, at Poudre Valley hospital Fort Collins, Colorado.

He attended schools in Kansas and Colorado, graduating from Fort Collins high school and
then attended Aims community college for Automotive Collision Repair Technology. While
living in Kansas he attended NW Kansas Technical college in Goodland and earned his
certificate in automotive technology and associate degree in applied science technology.

With his knowledge he worked on classic, muscle cars and older vehicles, which was
something he loved to do. One of his gifts was always figuring out the problem and getting it
to run.

He enjoyed fishing and family outings and was an excellent cook. His favorite job was being a
bus mechanic and used his CDL to drive a school bus for Windsor RE-4 Windsor, Colorado.

He always loved animals and had many cats and dogs throughout the years.

Preceding his passing were all of his grandparents, niece, nephew and many aunts and
uncles on both sides of his family.

Alan is survived by his daughter Almiranda, his father, Larry Armbruster (Ellis, KS), mother,
Wilma Hill (Dick), sisters Charyn and Suzanne and brother, Steve Hill (Amber), nephew
Shannon and niece Emma. He also leaves behind his two dogs Loona and Thor.
