Angie Lee Dorrell

Angie was 49 years old of Fort Collins died February 4, 2017. Angie passed away at Poudre Valley Hospital.
Angie was born on November 19, 1967 in Santa Clara, California and lived at North College Community. Angie attended Hayden High School class of 1986 and attended Rangley College for two years.Angie worked at Tolmar Pharmaceuticals, Weston Enterprises Inc., Pilgrim's Pride, etc…..
Angie was a member of the American Legion in Fort Collins/Laporte. She enjoyed donating her time to the functions held at the Legion. She also made many special friends at the Legion.
Angie was survived by her mother Virginia Dorrell, her sister Roxanna McAllister and brother in-law Jim McAllister, her brother Carl Dorrell and girlfriend Jen Gaskill, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was predeceased by her father in 1998, Carl Eugene Dorrell, her grandparents and also her good friend Barb .
Angie loved God, her family, and her many good friends. Angie liked spending time with family and friends, taking long drives to sight see, taking pictures, working with beads and wood burning.
Angie made many friends from school and each of her jobs. The simple fact is that Angie had good friends because she was a good friend to all. She had sparkling eyes, a beautiful smile and an infectious laugh. She could make you laugh and she could make you cry while laughing. She wore her heart on her sleeve for everyone to see just like her dad (Gene) did. She was the calming voice of reason and common sense when times got tough. Angie would have liked us all to just remember the good times. Angie will be missed and thought of with love in our hearts every day.

The memorial will be held at the American Legion in Fort Collins, Laporte, 2124 Co Rd 54G, Fort Collins at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 11, 2017.
