Anna Grace Johnson, 22, passed away far too soon, leaving behind a world that was brighter because she was in it. A 2022 graduate of Fairhope High School, Anna Grace was fearless in the way she lived and loved. She proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserves while building a new life in Fort Collins, where she attended Colorado State University.
Anna Grace found happiness and freedom in the outdoors and the adventures she embraced so wholeheartedly. Whether she was hiking mountain trails, paddle boarding, kayaking or racing down snowy slopes, she felt most alive surrounded by nature and exploration. Fearless by nature, she rarely turned down a challenge and approached life with boldness, curiosity, and enthusiasm. She had a spirit that craved adventure and a heart that found beauty in every experience.
More than anything, Anna Grace loved life. She loved laughter, spontaneous road trips, sunsets in the mountains, and making memories with the people she cared about. Her adventurous soul, radiant smile, and deep love for living fully will never be forgotten.
Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made on her family, friends, and everyone, fortunate enough to know her will remain forever. She will be remembered for her kindness, courage, independence, and the way she inspired others to live a little bigger and love a little deeper.
She is survived by her loving family: her mother, Candace Dolbare Johnson; her father, Stephen Johnson; her stepmother, Karen Johnson; her siblings, Lily Roach, Christian Roach, Caroline Johnson, Grayson Roach and Will Johnson; and her grandparents, Larry and Gloria Williams, Harold and Nikki Johnson, Paulette and John Reed and John and Joan Bergeron. She also leaves behind many loving extended family members and dear friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jeffery Dolbare.
She is deeply loved, endlessly missed, and will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
In accordance with the family's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held by family and invited friends.
