Anne Marie Baker passed away in Loveland, CO on January 23, 2016 at the age of 75, after living with Alzheimer for several years.
Anne was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 4, 1940 to Catherine Emminger and Stuart Higgins.She attended Ladywood High School and graduated from St.Agnes High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She studied at Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1961; she worked as a registered nurse at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO and was a hospice nurse.
Anne is preceded in death by former spouse, Clyde Baker and two sons Mike and Nick Baker.
Anne is lovingly remembered by her sister Patty Rosembaum; brother, Joe Higgins; her son, Doug (Shelly) Baker; five grandchildren, Anna, Chelsea, David, Shannon, Cedric and four great grandchildren, Rhiannan, Lottie, Jayden, and Malakai.
Patty offered these memories of her older sister. "We shared a bedroom in Colorado and said the Rosary together as we went to sleep. She was a good friend and is much loved." ~Patty
Anne was an enthusiastic Broncos football fan and enjoyed decorating for every holiday.
