Anne Young

Anne Marie Young passed away peacefully at her home in Ft. Collins on July 26, 2008. She was 36 years old. Born March 24, 1972 in Ft. Collins to Harry and Joan Schneider. Anne attended schools in Loveland and received an Associate Psych Tech degree from Front Range College. On July 6, 2002 she married Len Young at her parents home in Loveland. Anne was a CNA and worked passionately with Alzheimer's patients at several facilities. She received many certifications and licenses in the health care field. Anne touched many lives because of her compassion and generosity for others. Those left to celebrate her memory include her husband, Len Young of Ft. Collins; her parents Harry and Joan Schneider of Loveland; brother Randy Schneider and wife Michelle of Wheatridge; brother Ken Schneider and Melinda Morales of Santa Fe; brother Tom Schneider and wife Shelly of Loveland; mother-in-law Tina Harrison; brother-in-law Spencer Harrison and wife Ambra; brother-in-law Parnell Young and wife Mary all of Ft. Collins; sister-in-law Markita Matthias and husband Rick of Denver; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her infant son Drew Schneider. Visitation will be held at Goes Funeral Care 3665 Canal Drive, Ft. Collins on Friday August 1, 2008 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.. A memorial service will also be held on Friday August 1, 2008 at Rolland Moore Park 2201 South Sheilds Street in Ft. Collins from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Anne to the Walk of Life at The Alzheimer's Association 415 Petersen Street, Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
