April Becker

April Jean Becker, age 37, of Ft. Collins passed away at home in her sleep on October 18, 2010. April was born on April 17, 1973, in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from high school in Omaha, NE., attended Front Range Community College and worked as a dental assistant in Ft. Collins. She is survived by her husband, Johnny McGray of Ft. Collins, parents Jim and Linda Becker of Windsor, CO. and sister, Allison Becker of Ft. Collins. April was married to Johnny McGray on September 20, 2008, in a beautiful ceremony at Avogadro's Number in Old Town Ft. Collins in the tree house on the patio. This was one of her happiest days. April was diagnosed with MS and fought it valiantly. She gave us 37 years of smiles, but now she is gone. She is at peace and rest. Her family and friends and her dog, Abbey, will miss her more than can be expressed. We love you April Jean. Say goodbye and celebrate her life Friday, October 22nd at 11:00 A.M. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Ft. Collins. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family or to the National MS Society.
