Blake Christopher Jensen

Mar 26, 2008 — Sep 8, 2026

Fort Collins

Blake Christopher Jensen passed away peacefully on August 30, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of pure joy, warmth, and vibrant light.

Blake found immense happiness in the simple, beautiful rhythms of the outdoors. He loved nature walks, listening to the gentle sounds of the river, and spending hours exploring the backyard—carefully searching for the perfect leaves to hold and admire. He knew the absolute freedom of running through the yard and jumping on the trampoline. Blake had a deep love for the water, finding pure bliss whether he was swimming in the pool or simply floating peacefully, letting the water carry him.

Music, motion, and light were at the very heart of Blake’s world. He loved dancing to his favorite tunes, mesmerized by glowing lights and bright displays. When tickled, he had the most joyous, purest laugh and the absolute best smile in the whole world—a radiant grin that filled every room and brought instant warmth to everyone around him. Above all, Blake had a deep love for his family and a special way of connecting with people, teaching everyone around him how to slow down, feel deeply, and find beauty in the present moment.

Blake is survived by his parents, Sharon L. Jensen and Harris Jensen, and his sister Jillian Jensen all of Fort Collins; his uncle and aunt, Charles P. Malysse Jr. and Susan Malysse of Headland, Alabama, and their children, Ansbea McDuffie (Seth), Charlie P. Malysse III (Becky), and Cameron Malysse (Brianne); Mike and Luanne Sinclair of Yorba Linda, California, and their sons, Jim Sinclair (Kerry) and Jon Sinclair (Val); Caela and Doug Manley of Fort Collins, Caela's daughter Jenny Meyer, and Doug's daughter Laurel Manley; John and Stacey Buttz of Sacramento, California, and their son, Evan Buttz; as well as numerous beloved great-aunts, great-uncles, and second cousins and their families.

A viewing to honor and remember Blake will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Goes Funeral Care. Following the viewing, a Celebration of Life gathering will take place outdoors from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Watson Lake, a beautiful, peaceful setting on the water near the Poudre River located on Rist Canyon Rd (County Road 52E), Bellvue, CO 80512. His celebration will be held in the pavilions on the northeast side of the lake.
