Bobby Jo Dorris was born November 20, 1948, to Robert Lawrence Dorris and Deloma June McCormick (Moss)(Hildreth).
Bobby grew up in both Miami, Florida and Arvada, Colorado with her sisters Diana Lee Dorris (Christen)(Lee) and Connie Lynn Dorris (Laughlin)(Kohler).
In 1966 Bobby graduated from Arvada High School. Bobby married Richard John Cullor in Denver, Colorado on July 23, 1971. Bobby and Richard had two children Jennifer Kathleen Cullor (B: February 21, 1974) and Jonathan Richard Cullor (B: December 1, 1976).
Bobby spent her adult life in Colorado living in Denver, Arvada, Northglenn, Gunnison, Akron, and Fort Collins. Bobby lived in Fort Collins and worked for the Larimer County assessor's office from approximately 1984 to 2022.
Bobby passed on January 1, 2026, in Fort Collins surrounded by family and friends. Bobby is survived by her son Jonathan, daughter Jennifer, and four grandchildren, Ravyn Cullor, Skye Sutherlin, James R. Sutherlin III and Ainsley June LaPlante-Cullor.
Bobby dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren, and her passion for space, the Rocky Mountains, the arts, and the Northern Colorado community. She will be greatly missed by all.
