Bonnie Joyce Mosch, age 67, of Fort Collins, Colorado died January 17, 2009 after a long fight with cancer. Cremation is planned and a Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Blessed John 23rd University Parish in Ft. Collins. Bonnie Joyce Hanish was born August 2, 1941 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Raymond and Jane Hanish. She grew up on a farm in Iowa and graduated from Mankato State College in Mankato, Minnesota. She taught elementary school for a few years. On August 7, 1965, Bonnie married Dennis Mosch in Mallard, Iowa. They lived formerly in Colorado Springs and Monument, Colorado before settling in Fort Collins in 1986. She was a longtime member of Blessed John 23rd University Parish and is best known for being a true and genuine friend. She collected friends in between doting on her husband, children and grandchildren. Bonnie is survived by her husband, Dennis; three children and their families, Lisa (and Miki and Mia and Macie) Stokuca of Las Vegas, NV, Brad (and Christine and Paige and Quinton) Mosch of Highlands Ranch, CO and Keri (and Jeff and Anthony, Brandon and Lola) Farmelo of Denver. She is also survived by her mother, Jane Hanish of South Sioux City, NE; her sister, Sue (and Ed) O'Connor of Minneapolis, MN; three brothers, John (and Jan) Hanish of Cedar Falls, IA, Tom (and Bev) Hanish of Topeka, KS and David (and Cathy) Hanish of Sioux City, NE; as well as many in-laws and many-many dear friends.
