Bradley Allen Mayo, 56, of Laporte, passed away May 17, 2025. He was born on November 6, 1968, in Iowa to James Mayo and Sheila Hamm. He attended Woodstock High School where he was recognized for his ingenuity and creative mind, traits he carried throughout his whole life. He enjoyed live music, donated to many charitable causes including the Fight for Cancer and Wounded Warrior, and was talented in many trades. In Brad's free time, he loved listening to music, playing the drums, working on vehicles and motorbikes, and spending time with his friends. He was most recently working as a prep cook for Vern's Restaurant where he developed beautiful relationships with his coworkers. Even through life's struggles, he always maintained a great sense of humor and positive outlook.
Brad is survived by his children, Ashley Myers, Thomas Mayo, Tyler Mayo, Gabby Mayo, Jessica Mayo, and Molly Mayo; sister Ami; brother Michael; cousin Kory; and his best friend, Ron Howe. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sheila and James, and brother Tony.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Fossil Creek Park Oval Pavilion, 5821 S Lemay Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Please join Bradley's family and friends that day to commemorate his life.
