Brandy Marshall

Brandy Rose Marshall, age 39 of Fort Collins, died March 31, 2012 at her home. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 7th in the South Auditorium of Timberline Church. Brandy Rose Marshall was born July 2, 1972 at Poudre Valley Hospital to Roger and Janet Cooke Marshall. From an early age she developed a loving and caring nature towards those in need. For a deaf boy in first grade, she began to learn to sign so they could talk. Brandy graduated from Rocky Mountain High School with Vocational honors in the class of 1990 and had hoped to make a career using her skills interpreting and signing for the deaf, but another direction presented itself. She had an especially tender heart for the elderly, and volunteered for several years at the VA Nursing Home in Miles City, Montana. Brandy had a sweet and compassionate way about her and she spent her life focusing on her love of Jesus, caring for others and animals. She is survived by her parents, Jan and Roger Marshall of Wellington; her maternal grandmother, Eleanor Cooke of Ismay, Montana; three Aunts; eight cousins; friends in many places; and her dog, Mitsy. Brandy's family requests that any memorial donations please be made to Samaritan's Purse in care of Goes Funeral Care, 3665 Canal Drive, Suite E, Fort Collins, Colorado.
