Brian Douglas Schick

Brian Schick, age 41, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2013. Brian was born in Denver and lived in Fort Collins since 1981. He graduated from Poudre High School in 1990. Brian worked at Chili's for over 18 years. He loved riding Transfort buses and enjoyed visiting friends all over Fort Collins and touching the hearts of many. He enjoyed all kinds of music. On Sunday mornings he could always be found in the front pew at Peace With Christ Lutheran Church. He loved to sing at church, in the mall and at family gatherings. The accordion, played by his cousin, Don, was his favorite sing-along music. Brian will be missed.

He is survived by his parents, Don and Carolyn Schick; his nephews, Jake and Matt Schick; their mother, Leisl Schick; his host family, Cherrie and Cole Nelson; and his brother, Jeff. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 27th at Peace With Christ Lutheran Church, 1412 W. Swallow Road, Fort Collins. Donations in Brian's memory may be made to Peace With Christ Lutheran Church.
