Gordon left to be with our Lord on 7-13-16. He was raised in Lyons & Loveland Colorado. In 1973, he married Reta C. Peek Taylor and in 1983 was blessed with a wonderful son, Derek Gordon Taylor. He had a long career with Kodak and then as a school bus driver for Poudre School District. He served tirelessly as a volunteer firefighter with the Wellington Fire Department.
Gordon is survived by Reta; son, Derek of Loveland, CO; brothers, Mark and Shane of Ft. Collins and Loveland; and many nieces and nephews he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters (Sheri and Dara), and brother (Shawn).
A celebration of life will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday, July 22, at the T-Bar Inn, 3803 W. Cleveland Ave., Wellington CO. 80549.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Wellington Fire Department in his name.
