Charles "Chuck" Pharris

Charles "Chuck" P. Pharris, passed away on June 28, 2018 after a short, second battle with cancer. He was 63. Chuck was born in Washington, DC and graduated from Miami University of Ohio before settling in Longmont, CO and then Fort Collins, CO.

Chuck worked in the real estate and mortgage industries, working at Cornerstone Home Lending, Pinnacle Mortgage, First Colorado Mortgage Company, as well as being involved in property investing and management. After retiring, Chuck managed properties and had a handyman business to help friends with their homes. He was also a fan of music and played the guitar. Chuck was married to Carol Stertz from 1994 to 2013, and they continued to share a close relationship. Chuck is survived by Carol, and her children, Luke Stertz and Kacey Stertz, to whom he was a kind and caring stepdad. He is also survived by numerous poker buddies, and countless friends.
