Taft Snowdon, born March 11, 1950 died January 18, 2017 after a long battle with dementia. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.
Taft was an avid competitive athlete; loving road and mountain biking, skiing, golf, volleyball and all that shared these sports with him. He was a compassionate person who generously volunteered and helped many people, he gave love freely to family and friends, sharing in our success and challenges. He will be missed every day.
He is survived by his wife, Missey Toomey; daughter, Carly (Brian) Lanners; mother, Peggy Snowdon; sister, Mar-Lou (PJ) Sasso; brother, George (Ellen) Snowdon; brothers-in-law, Kevin, Chris and Bob (Cathy) Toomey; sister-in-law, Barbara (Kieth) Moncrief, their children and grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held March, Saturday, 25th, 4-6:00 pm at Elderhaus, 6813 S. College Ave, Fort Collins. Memorial donations can be made to Elderhaus.
