Christopher James Carpenter, 45, of Fort Collins, Colorado, passed away May 22, 2021.
Chris was born in Denver in 1975 to parents, Charles "Chuck" and Marilyn Carpenter. He grew up in Aurora and graduated from Smoky Hill High School. Shortly after graduating, Chris moved to Fort Collins, where he made his home.
Chris studied computer information systems in college and worked in information technology throughout his career, including several years at Front Range Internet, Inc. and most recently at Visionary Broadband, where he was enthusiastic and excited about his work.
Friends and family will remember Chris' generous spirit, always willing to lend a hand. He enjoyed four-wheeling, camping and gaming. Best of all, he was an awesome uncle and shared all of these past-times with his nephew and nieces.
Chris will be missed by his brother Steven (Heather) Carpenter; nephew, Garrett Carpenter; nieces, Laurin, Aubrey and Kaylee Carpenter; Neil Neely and many many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Chuck Carpenter.
Services have not been planned at this time. Instead, please honor Chris' memory in your own way, by enjoying something that reminds you of him.
