Christopher Salvatore Sclafani

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Christopher Salvatore Sclafani, on Monday, May 26th, 2025 in Fort Collins, CO. Christopher was born in White Plains, New York to parents, Eileen and Salvatore "Chris" Sclafani.
A Memorial Service will take place in Media, PA at Hagen Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 4th at 11:00am (ET), followed by an Open House lunch reception at DiFabio's.
We are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming amount of love & support our family has received. It has been especially helpful to connect with those who have experienced similar sudden loss, but also received the gift of life via organ donation.
