Clayton Everett Pierce, born on September 9, 1981, tragically passed away on July 21, 2024. Clayton was a complex individual, known for his kind heart and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. Despite facing numerous personal challenges, he never gave up. Clayton took many classes focused on self-development, creating a better future, overcoming past trauma, and learning better coping skills. Many of these classes were provided through Colorado court-appointed programs. He was committed to taking the right steps to rebuild his life and excel, consistently being recognized as a top student. Clayton always looked out for those he cared about, prioritizing their well-being.

Clayton's life was like a storybook, filled with love, laughter, and pain. He had a vast support system, and anyone who knew him had nothing but good things to say. Though he often found himself at odds with the world, his love for his family, friends, and dogs drove him to succeed. He was our protector, the glue that held us together. His passing has left a significant void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. His legacy will not go unnoticed, and his love for us will never fade. He will forever be a part of us and in our hearts. He will always be our light.
