Clyde Hashaw

Clyde Hashaw, 84, of Fort Collins passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 9th. He was born in Goldthwaite, Texas to Robert and Velma Hashaw.

Clyde spent 30 years in the Army Special Forces. While in the military, he met the love of his life, Sylvia. They were married in June of 1958 and raised seven children – four sons and three daughters. Their house was filled with love, laughter and joy. Upon retirement, Clyde enjoyed traveling with Sylvia in their RV.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, brother, and son, Clyde Hashaw Jr. He is survived by three sons; Dennie (Sally) Hashaw of Riverview, FL, Lee Hashaw of Windsor, CO, and Terry (Marie) Hashaw of Severance, CO; three daughters; Diane (Karen) Hashaw of Oldsmar, FL, Kathy (Larry) Yardley of Fort Collins, CO, and Samantha (Rob) Reyes of Virginia City, VA; seven grandchildren, one step-grandson, eleven great-grandchildren and four step-greatgrandchildren.
