Dale Schaaf Smith went to be with the Lord September 29th, 2015. He died peacefully in his sleep at home in Fort Collins with his wife by his side. He was 87 years old.
Dale was born July 27th, 1928 in Elk Mound, Wisconsin to his beloved parents LeRoy and Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by his spouse, Ruth Yaussi-Smith and their children and spouses: Randy and Carol, Mike and Cindy, Gordon and Debbie, Allen and Nancy; Grandchildren Dawn, Tiffany, Holli, Deric, Andy, Jen, Dan, Deanne, Debbie and Great Grandchildren Tyson, Kendall, Courtlyn, Brooklyn, Kaylee, Madilynne, Emily, Delaney, Oliver, Cecilia, Gentry, Elaine and Anna.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 3rd at Drake Road Community Christian Church, Fort Collins, CO at 10:00 am.
