Dan Ray Martin left this world on November 13th, 2012 to join his buddies in a better place.
Dan was born to Don and Nan Martin on August 28th, 1950. He graduated from Northwood-Kensett High school in 1968, Drake University in 1974, and Nova University School of Law in1977. He spent thirty five years working as a well respected attorney in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Dan married his childhood sweetheart, Sandi, in June of 1969. Together they shared many wonderful experiences including the birth of their children Benjamin, Angela, and beloved granddaughter, Elexis Nan. He was a very humble and honorable man and lived his life to its fullest. He will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
Left to cherish his memory are son Benjamin and his fiancee Amy and her daughter Kaeden, Angela and her fiancee Mike and their daughter Elexis, brother Ron Martin and his family, sister Nancy Hengesteg and her family, brother-in-law Larry Dybvad and his family, and sister-in-law Jo Redenius and her family. Thank you Dan, you are an amazing man and we love you so much.
Cremation has been performed and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Northwood, Iowa.
