David Bernard Bombard

David Bernard Bombard, 58 years old, was taken home by the Lord on August 16th, 2021.

Born to Bernard and Susan Bombard, he was one of five children. David was a faithful man who loved the Lord, his family, his church, and community. He married his teenage sweetheart Coleen 41 years ago and they had two children together: Heather and Gary.

David loved cooking, playing pool, and frisbee golf with his son, walking City Park Lake with his wife, door greeting and attending all three services on Sundays at River of Life church, and helping anyone who was in need. He was a Master craftsman of over 30 years, who loved working with his hands and helping others in their homes.

David is survived by his wife Coleen, daughter and son-in-law Heather and JR Schlegel, son Gary Bombard, sisters Linda Perry and Laura Piedad. He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Susan Bombard, his siblings Michael Bombard and Lisa Bruce.

His Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday August 27th, 2021, at the River of Life Church, 3161 County Rd 62E, Wellington, CO 80549. Please come share your fondest memories and moments with the family and friends. Dave would love to see you there!
