Deborah Dear Couget, 57 of Fort Collins died on August 7, 2015 after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born in Seattle Washington on September 15, 1957 to Joseph Paul and Patricia (Tillotson) Donaldson.

Deb was an extraordinary woman! She was married to, and adventuring with, Paul for over 30 years; a most excellent romance. Deb was an amazing mom to her precious daughter Alyse; she was her heartbeat. Deborah worked as a well-respected probation officer for Boulder County for almost 30 years. Trustworthy, passionate, caring, and innovative. Deb loved hiking, camping, snowshoeing and spending time in the mountains. She submitted 6 "fourteeners" and completed 3 triathlons. She graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a B.A. in Psychology. Deb loved well and was well loved. She always put the needs of others before her own. She touched the lives of many and made a difference in this world.

She is preceded on her path to our Lord by her brothers, Dan Patrick Donaldson and Albert Dale Donaldson.

Deb is survived by her husband, Andre Paul Couget; daughter, Alyse Marie Couget; brother, Don Paul Donaldson; mother-in-law, Joyce Mills; sister-in-law, Marilynn Donaldson-Hall; nephew, Cory Donaldson; niece, Colleen McElhannon and brother- in-laws, John Edward Couget and Richard Charles Couget. Her Colorado family includes Ruth, Jim, Nicholas and Sarah Barnaby; Sheila, James and Bobby Rawlins; and Jan, Steve, Heather and Zack Gottschalk and Annie.

The burial service will be on September 11, 2015 at 2:30 pm at St Louis Cemetery # 3 on Esplanade Av. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at The Walnut Room at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport, 6001 Stars and Stripes Blvd NO, LA 70126.
