Dennis R. Mayfield, 60, passed away in Greeley, CO, April 4th, 2021.
He was in the National Guard for 16 years. He loved his dog Barron "Bear", Mountain Dew, his "medicine," and the Denver Broncos.
He is survived by his two daughters, Monique (Jacob) Ford and Tammy (Terance) Rosson; three grandchildren, Parker, Skylar, and Payton; siblings, Debbie (Brad) Livingston, and Charles (Patti) Mayfield; his longtime friend Sam Acevedo; and his dog, "Bear."
Dennis was preceded in death by his three brothers Clyde, Calvin, and Horace Mayfield; and his dog Gizmo.
His ashes were spread along the Poudre River on April 9th, 2021.
