Dolores Rita Blask died on June 20, 2017 in the loving care of Pathways Hospice at McKee Medical Center, Loveland, Colorado after a brief illness. Dolores was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 18, 1929 to Joseph and Bertha Wolsky. She had 2 older brothers, Leonard and Hank. Dolores and husband Ken Blask married in Denver, Colorado and called Colorado home for most of their adult lives. Dolores dreamed of being a pilot. She was mother to 3 children, Suzan Adams (AZ), Zack Blocker (MI), and Gale Blocker (CO), and grandmother to Rochelle Mitchell-Miller (CO), Ashlee Grunau (CO) and Matthew Grunau (CA). Dolores was the proud great-grandmother to five lovely children ranging in age from 6 to 28 years old, all of whom reside in beautiful Colorado. Dolores loved Colorado with all her heart, she loved her mountains and taking rides through the Poudre Canyon. Since her husband Ken's death in 2011, Dolores resided at Parkwood Estates in Fort Collins and enjoyed many outings and fun with her family. Her last day-trip to Mishawaka was a wonderful adventure full of spicy chili and tall tales. She was a spunky lady whose one-liners and sarcasm will be missed.
