Elias M. Bencomo

Elias Miguel Bencomo, born on February 28, 1999, unexpectedly departed from this world on October 18, 2023. He leaves behind a heartbroken family and a myriad of extended family members who cherished his presence in their lives.

Elias is survived by his loving mother, Karla Bencomo, and his devoted father, Francisco Bencomo. He is also survived by his beloved sister, Billie Jo Kaiser, and her supportive husband, Roman Martinez. His cherished nieces, Unique Valdez, and her partner, Josiah Wilson, and Monique Baeza, and her partner, Miguel Arrellano. In addition, he is survived by his dear nephews, Brandon Martinez and Dante Hernandez Martinez, as well as many other extended family members who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Elias had a passion for life and enjoyed various interests. He had an insatiable love for reading and found solace in the pages of his favorite books. His love for writing, especially poetry, was a profound and cherished part of his identity. His fascination with Pokémon was a testament to his youthful spirit, always finding joy in the simple pleasures. Elias felt most at peace when he was outdoors, whether he was fishing by a tranquil stream or exploring nature's beauty.

Video games were another avenue through which Elias expressed his creativity and competitiveness, immersing himself in virtual worlds and connecting with friends through shared adventures. His infectious laugh and easy-going nature brought light into the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Elias Miguel Bencomo was a son, a brother, an uncle, a nephew, a cousin and a friend like no other. Though he left us far too soon, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter and joy that will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. As we bid farewell to Elias, we remember the light he brought into our lives and the love he shared with us all. May he rest in eternal peace.

In honor of Elias's memory, a viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Goes Funeral Care in Fort Collins. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of this remarkable young man.
