Ellen Ann Hahn, 55, of Laramie, Wyoming, died May 12, 2021 in Loveland, Colorado.
Ellen was born in 1965 in Pewaukee, Wisconsin to parents, Dean and Laurel Hahn. She was raised in Wisconsin and attended John Marshall High School in Milwaukee. Ellen spent much of her life in the greater Milwaukee area, Chicago, then in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. In 2016, she moved to Laramie, Wyoming to be closer to family.
Ellen's children remember her as a dedicated mother, being a stay-at-home mom while they were younger to provide the best for them. She was a strong, hard worker, often working multiple jobs to make sure they were all provided for. Ellen also had lots of interests she shared with her children; crocheting, the performing arts, gardening, reading and playing video games. She was a dog lover and especially adored rescue puppies.
Ellen exemplified unconditional love. It was vitally important to her to include and love everyone completely.
Ellen is survived by her children, Megan Schwantes (Matthew), Zachary Dean Lachowicz, Gayle Lachowicz, and Natalie Lachowicz; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Desirae, Daniel, Andrew and Catherine Schwantes, and Damien Morris; brothers, Mark Hahn (Julie), and Richard Woyak Jr (Dana Ernst); brother-in-law, Mitch Tilson; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Dean, mother Laurel, stepfather Richard Woyak Sr, and her sister Deena Tilson, as well as many friends and loved ones.
