Erika Joy, 82 of Fort Collins died at home with her devoted daughters on September 30th 2014. She was born on September 16th 1932 in Germany to a loving family and grew up with her eight siblings. Later, Erika moved to the United States and established her new life in Fort Collins, Colorado. Erika was a very bright woman and developed her 24 year career with Woodward Governor, working on electrical assembly for various control systems.
Erika's pride and joy was her family; she is survived by her three daughters, Susan Joy and Vanessa Peterson of Fort Collins and Caroline Joy of Colorado Springs; her grandchildren, James Blyth-Coe, Michael Patton, and Kara and Richard Peterson.
