Florence Baumann

Florence Evelyn Baumann, 88, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She was born on March 30, 1934, in Denver, CO, to Gideon and Virginia Cox. She was one of ten children. She married Joseph Baumann on August 19, 1955.

In addition to being a homemaker she worked as a switchboard operator for the local phone company and was employed at Teledyne Water Pic. She enjoyed music and was self-taught playing the piano. She enjoyed fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by one sister, Eleanor Williams of Ft. Collins and a brother, Harold Cox of Severance, CO; a Daughter Karen Panella (Carmen) of Ft. Collins, and two sons Gary Baumann (Sandy) and David Baumann both from Ft. Collins, CO; 8 - grandchildren and 12 - great-grandchildren.

There will be a graveside service at Grandview Cemetery on Friday March 31, 2023, at 10:30am with a lunch reception following the service at the Resthaven Reception Hall.
