Floyd L. (Bud) McFarland passed away on February 10, 2021 at Poudre Valley Hospital, following medical complication.
Floyd was born July 13, 1937 to Lula Mary McFarland (Houtchens) and Orville A. McFarland and had 20 siblings. he loved to fish and spend time with his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Velma I. Fruhwirth (McFarland) who passed away January 27, 2021, and a son, Randy McFarland.
Floyd is survived by two daughters, Violet Wilson (Bryan) and Annette McFarland; four grandsons Nathan McFarland (Laura), Brad Wilson, Shane McFarland, and Justin Wilson (Alexandra); 2 great grandchildren, Madison and Mason McFarland; and six sisters, Susan Medlock, Beverly Cox, Velma Stransky, Ethel Gabbie, Barbara Sweet, and Eva Jane Leipki.
Floyd has requested not to have any viewing or services. The family has elected to fulfill his wishes.
