Grant Rose Jr. "Choc", 48, of Fort Collins, passed away peacefully April 19, 2018.
Grant was born January 3rd, 1970 in Odessa, Texas to Grant Rose Sr. and Bobbi Jo. His mom and dad moved to Denver, CO when Grant was in elementary school. In 2001, Grant met Brandi and he moved from Denver to Loveland to start his life with his "Boo." They had three kids – Andrelius, 21; Autry, 20; and Airias, 18. He loved these boys more than life itself; he always talked about how proud he was of all three. You truly could see and hear how much each of them meant to him. Grant was looking forward to seeing his youngest, Airias, graduate high school next month. That's all he would talk about in the past several weeks. "Fat boy" is getting ready to graduate. And he wasn't gonna miss this for anything.
Grant was a gentle giant, touching many people's lives. He always made everyone laugh and brought joy to all. Grant loved the Dallas Cowboys from an early age – they were his pride and joy. He loved the Lord and was a man of faith as well. He was, and is loved and will be truly missed by many.
Grant is survived by wife, Brandi Rose; sons, Andrelius Baskin, Autry Camron Baskin, and Airias Adrian Antavious Baskin Rose; sisters, Tonya Rose and Brenda Rose; as well as countless friends who were basically his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Grant Rose Sr. and Bobbi Jo, and two brothers.
Please join us for a Celebration of Grant's life on Saturday, April 28th at 2:00 pm at Spring Canyon Park. In lieu of flowers donations to his three boys are greatly appreciated.
