Helen Marie Melbourne

Helen (Meme) Marie Peake Melbourne (69 years old) of Loveland, CO formerly from Maryland died peacefully in her sleep on 24 July 2022. Born December 14, 1952, in Takoma Park, MD, she is predeceased by her parents, Harold Douglas Peake and Martha Elizabeth Poore Peake and stepmother, Silvie Georgiev Peake.

Meme worked as a service technician and retired from Otis Elevator. It is hard to put into words what Meme was like. She was adventurous, hardworking, smart, loving, and strong. She loved motorcycle riding, the beach, and Maryland crabs. But more importantly, she loved her family and all her many cousins. And we loved her so much. Words cannot express our pain of losing her.

Survivors include her son, Jeremy Ingram of California. Her sister Catherine Lynn Rowe and her husband, James W. Rowe. Her brother, Victor Georgiev and his wife Heloisa Georgiev. Her nephews include Justin James, Pedro Bassoe, Sky Faneco, and Shannon Bassoe (deceased); and niece Jennifer Rolf.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
