Jack Smith, 65, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away July 26, 2013.
Jack was born on February 2, 1948 to George and Alta Smith in Yale, Oklahoma.
Jack is survived by two daughters, Anissa Fabrizio (Tony) of Thornton, CO., Melany Hill (Tom) of Fort Collins, CO., two grandchildren, Brandon Fabrizio, and Ashton Hill, a brother, Gary Smith (Marlene) of Stillwater, OK., niece, Michelle Higgins, and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Eric Smith.
Jack graduated in 1972 with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics. He moved to Fort Collins in 1972 and began his career as an Agricultural Lender. He retired from Farm Credit in 2006.
Jack's hobbies included camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, and sight-seeing. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all.
Services for Jack will be held on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 10:00 am at Whole Life Church, 2020 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins.
