James "Jim" Endicott

James Richard Endicott went home to be with our Lord, and his Granddaughter, Daria Justice, on October 6, 2013, after suffering a severe head injury.
James was born November 6th, 1943, in Sheridan, Wyoming, to Richard and Stella Endicott of Wyola, Montana. He attended elementary school in Wyola and High School in Lodge Grass, MT, where he thrived in athletics. Jim went on to attend Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT, where he played football for 4 years. From November 1968 thru April 1969, Jim served as Radioman, Second Class on the USS WORDEN (DLG-18) in the United States Navy, ending his term Third Class, and received many distinguished awards and medals.
Jim married his only love, Adele Brosseau, of Saco, MT on July 2nd, 1966, in Sheridan, Wyoming. They spent time in California while Jim was in the Navy. In 1969, they returned to Wyoming, where Jim attended graduate school at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. After graduating, they moved to Cheyenne, where Jim taught Science and Physical Education at St. Mary's school. He also coached basketball, football, and track. Jim also briefly taught and coached in Baker, Montana.
Jim was the father of 2 beautiful daughters: Kimberly Ann, 1971; and Heidi Marie, 1974.
Jim began an 18 year career at Corral West alongside his wife. Upon his retirement from Corral West in 1993, they uprooted to Fort Collins, CO, where they have owned and operated Flowerama since 1994 with the help of their children and family. Jim was a member of the Catholic Church. His biggest joys in life were his wife, children, grandchildren, and the company of friends. He enjoyed the peacefulness of the outdoors. He spent many hours working on the "Endicott National Park" in the boundaries of his own backyard. He enjoyed music and collegiate sporting events, especially the Wyoming Cowboys.
Jim is survived by his wife of 47 years, Adele; daughter Kim and husband Boo Pinson of Fort Collins, CO and their children Jeneé and Derek; daughter Heidi and husband Chris Pippin of Saco, MT, and their children Connor, Chandler, Chayten, and Carter; sisters Donna (Gary) Curry of Arvada, Holly (LeRoy) Stark of Goodyear, Arizona, and Nicki Kelly of Red Lodge, Montana; Mother-in-Law Esther Brosseau of Saco, MT, and many loving family members and friends.
Services will be held at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Thursday at 10:00 am, 5450 S Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Burial will follow at the Abbey of Saint Walburga, 1029 Benedictine Way Virginia Dale, CO 80536.
