Janice Ann Hupperts

Janice Ann Hupperts, 78, passed peacefully from a life well-lived on June 7th 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Jan grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and was a Midwesterner at heart. Jan and Don raised their family in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where Jan worked as a nurse. Jan lived life fully and enjoyed creating art and traveling; she took time to notice the beauty of the evening stars and to have fun with her grandchildren. She found joy in people and volunteered extensively; she will be missed by her many close friends.

Jan leaves behind her beloved husband of 55 years, Donald L. Hupperts. Jan will be missed by her sons, Steven (Kay) Hupperts, Gregory (Ann) Hupperts and Keith (Erica Dickson) Hupperts; her grandchildren: Eleanor, Nicholas, Ryan, Laura, Adam, Alecia and John Hupperts; her brother, James Cuff and sister, Penny Heuscher.

The Hupperts family wishes to express gratitude to the UCHealth physicians, providers and staff who provided extraordinarily compassionate and personal care to Jan during her final illness.

A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 14th at Foothills Unitarian Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to the Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation, for the Cancer Center.
