Jeannette Roxanne Lucero of Fort Collins, 43 died on November 22, 2015. She was born to John and Anita (Arellano) Lucero on February 3, 1972 in El Paso, Texas. Jeannette worked as a traveling Registered Nurse and was common-law wife to Jake Place and sister to Josiah Lucero of Boulder and Jason Lucero of Chicago. She will be dearly missed by all of those whom loved her and those that she devoted herself to through compassion and care.
