Jesse Storm Ortega, age 23, passed away on Saturday the 9th of January, 2016. Jesse lived life to the fullest in Fort Collins, Colorado where he was pursuing his Bachelors in Computer Science. Jesse was born on September 17, 1992 in Phoenix, AZ.
Jesse was passionate about life. He truly lived every second like it counted. This was apparent in the way he maintained positivity in most of life's biggest storms. He seldom put away his smile even when he had finals, friends, work, and finances to balance. Jesse loved everyone he met as if they were his closest family—even the most cast-away stranger in the corner of a party. Jesse's dedication was a bit beyond a normal person's. He regularly worked out, dieted, studied late, worked early, and broke the rules—even to the point where some might call it strange.
Jesse is survived by his father, Luis Ortega; grandmother, Elizabeth Boettcher and brother, Ramon Ortega.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Anne (Boettcher) Ortega; grandmother, Celeste Ortega and grandfather, Terry Boettcher.
