John Christopher ("JC") Eisler, (55), died unexpectedly Wednesday August 24, 2022.
While his family. friends and loved ones are shocked by his sudden passing, we are thankful for his life. John was a special soul. He was kind and compassionate. He loved his family and his country. Despite his difficult childhood and early adult challenges, John found the strength and will to rise above it and recently celebrated his 32nd year of sobriety. JC struck out on his own – moving from his home state of Upstate New York to begin a new life in Colorado.
JC settled in the Fort Collins area and quickly fell in love with the Rocky Mountains. He camped, fished, hiked and biked the area, finding peace in his majestic surroundings. He got a job as an interstate truck driver and soon met the love of his life, Ms. Karen (Chris) Rolko. Their love affair continued for more than (20) years. Chris was at his side when he finally passed from this world.
Along with Chris, John is survived by his father, John A. Eisler (Alice) of Amsterdam, NY; his sister Michelle Gray (Andrew) of Ashland, VA, his younger brother David Eisler of Albany, NY and his loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Eleanor J Eisler of Richmond, VA.
John was a living testament to what a person can achieve if they are willing to put in the hard work, overcome adversity and have faith in yourself and God. He will be sorely missed.
