Johnny Richard Baca was 58 years old when he gained his wings on October 8, 2020. He was at home with his wife in Fort Collins.
Johnny was born December 12, 1961 in Fort Collins to parents Richard and Betty Baca (Marsch). He was raised in Fort Collins along with his four siblings. He also lived in Missouri and California before coming back again to settle in Fort Collins. It was here he met and married his wife, Tammy Elliott.
He owned many successful businesses, including a tow company and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed gambling and bingo. Johnny was big-hearted, loving, and caring.
Most of all Johnny loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a great husband, father, son, brother, grandpa and great-grandpa!
Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Elliott; son, Jeremy Elliott Baca (Tiffani Gehnert); grandchildren, Brittiania, Brooklyn, Xzavier, Jessika, and Caden; and great-grandchild, Nevaeh, all of Fort Collins. He is also survived by his siblings, Larry Baca, Tony Baca and Annette Baca; many nephews and nieces; and his cats, Furbi, Snowbell, and Troubles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Baca; mother, Betty Baca (Marsch); brother, Danny Baca; and nephew, Daniel Baca.
God called your name so softly
that only you could hear
and no-one heard the footsteps
of angels drawing near.
It broke our hearts to lose you
but you did not go alone
