Kathryn "Kat" Rose Hastings

Kathryn 'Kat' Rose Hastings, 27, of Timnath, Colorado left us on October 18, 2022, for her next journey.

Kat was born in Loveland, Colorado February 10, 1995, to Russel D Hastings and Mary Christine Hastings with a smile on her beautiful face.

Kat leaves behind her parents, Russ and Chris, sister Sara, nephew Iziaha, nieces Lillei and Mila, all of her Vanner family, and all of the young kids she loved teaching.

Kat attended Timnath Elementary, Preston Middle School, and graduated a year early from Fossil Ridge High School to get a head start on her life.

Kat loved animals and was a member of 4H to experience them on many levels.

Kat attended Front Range Community College to study things she loved: early childhood development and photography.

Kat fulfilled one dream when she became a nursery school teacher, sharing her unique and beautiful spirit with young minds and souls.

Kat's special fashion sense and style lead her to start her own LuLaRoe and accessories business to help her fulfill her needs for more clothes.

Kat will be missed for her beautiful smile, young, friendly, free spirit, by her family, friends, Vanner family and love of all animals.

Kat's celebration of life will be October 29, 2022, at Timnath Presbyterian Church, 4020 Main St. Timnath, CO from 1-5 pm. Please dress in bright colors with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart, in honor of Kat's love for you all!
