Larry M. Glass

Jan 10, 1938 — May 13, 2026

Larry M. Glass, 88, a longtime resident of Fort Collins, passed away on May 13, 2026, as the result of a brain bleed sustained in a fall earlier that day.

He was born on January 10, 1938, in Dallas, Texas, to Bernice Crouch and Martin Glass and was raised in Grand Prairie. After graduating from high school, he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military service, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and established a successful career in national and international sales.
He married Nancy Pegg in Fort Collins in 1975. Together, they shared a love of golf, bridge, and supporting the CSU Rams. They were devoted season ticket holders for 40 years and greatly enjoyed attending both home and away games. He was also a dedicated member of the Sertoma Club (Downtown Club) for more than 50 years.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy; his granddaughter, Ana Glass of Baltimore, Maryland; his stepsons, Gary (Gaylene) Pegg, Scott (Tracy) Pegg, and Richard (Andrea) Pegg, all of Windsor, Colorado; 8 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Linda Coffee of Alvarado, Texas, and Sandra Sibley of Croatia; his brother, Van Glass of Arlington, Texas; and their families. He was preceded in death by his son, Larry M. Glass Jr. (Skip).

Cremation has taken place, and, at Larry's request, a private interment ceremony will be held at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
