Lawrence "Peanut" Eloe

Dec 14, 1941 — Oct 19, 2010

Patience, generosity, confidence and love are some of the most beautiful examples that Dad has left for us to live by. Larry passed away Tuesday October 19th, feast day of Saint Peter of Alcantara, surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn, 6 children Paul, Timothy, Daniel, John, Allison, and Mary, their husbands and wives, along with 37 grandchildren. Larry was born in Cheyene, WY in 1941. He married his sweetheart Marilyn Enockson in 1963 and eventually moved to Fort Collins in 1969. A firm believer in truth and a convert to Catholicism in the early 1970's, Dad held on tight to the beautiful traditional Roman Catholic Faith to the end receiving the last sacraments. A loving Father of 8, Two who have left this earth before him, he will be missed and remembered for ever. Larry was a successful businessman with many longstanding close friends that he would certainly call "family" and welcomed them into his heart. He was the first president of Right to Life in Fort Collins, and he was also a Veteren. He will be sorely missed and long be remembered. "Eternal Rest Grant unto Him oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace."
