Leonard Church

Leonard "Len" Church, 81 of Fort Collins, Colorado, died July 29, 2008 at a local nursing facility. Cremation and no services are planned at this time.      Leonard Henry Church was born August 2, 1926 in Poughkeepsie, New York to Kenneth and Esther Church. He lived formerly in Kingston, NY, Beaverton, OR as well as several other places on the West coast until moving to Ft. Collins in 2000. He married Martha Dailey in 1953 in Portland, OR and married Joy Parker in 1986 in Beaverton. Joy died in 2001. Len was an Air Force veteran who served during the Korean War. He was a man of many talents who enjoyed deep sea fishing very much and participated in Optimist clubs and Toastmasters. He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Traver of Oregon City, OR; his sister, Sally Beattie of Philomath, OR; and his step-daughter, Kristy Clark of Ft. Collins.
