Len is known for his book and cd: 'The Grand Vision'. The Memorial Service for Len will be held at the Harmony Presbyterian Church, 400 Boardwalk Drive (north of Harmony Rd.), Fort Collins, on Nov. 21st at 1:00 P.M. A reception will follow the service. Leonard Roy Cooper was born October 23, 1946 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Harvey and Mary Cooper. He grew up in Akron, Ohio, and following high school, joined the Army and served in Korea. Following his discharge, Len attended Ohio State University and Purdue University on the G.I. bill. Len married his first wife, Stella Damore, the mother of his sons. He later married Nan Massie in November of 1992 in Granville, Ohio. They lived formerly in New Mexico and Arizona, and considered Colorado home for the past three years. Len's passion was music. He composed and recorded his music, but made his living working in various areas of the computer field. He possessed a unique ability to integrate philosophy, religion, spirituality, and science in his teachings and writings. He is survived by his wife Nan; sons, Chris (and Melissa) of Denton, TX and Mike of Lewisville, TX; brother, Jim (and Kathy) of Silver Lake, NH; grandson, Cade; two nephews, Jim and Jon; and a niece, Beth; as well as their extended families.
