Linda Sue Kirby-Kelley of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away at the age of 61 years old on February 17, of 2017
She is survived by her adoring children: Michael Kelley (Autumn Kelley) and Christine Karko (nee Kelley), grandchildren: Erynn, Tryna, Jordan, Taylour, Austin, Brittanie, Andre and Michael Jr., Loving sister Mildred Ann Mrakovcic (John Mrakovcic) and Brother Howard Kirby, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kelley, parents, Christine and Jess Kirby and siblings, Bobby, Jerry (Josephine), Eva Engle (Rick) and Reba Taylor
Linda was born on March 26, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan where she graduated from Southeastern High School class of 1973. She went on to build a career working in retail for Kmart for nearly 40 years where she gained some of her best of friends.
Linda devoted her life to caring for and unconditionally loving her family both children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, country music and watching her grandchildren grow.
In 2013, shortly after moving to Fort Collins, Colorado to be closer to her family, Linda was diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Even while fighting this disease for many years, Linda remained a dedicated mother and grandmother and continued sharing her love until her last day.
Although there are many heavy hearts and fallen tears, Linda will be missed by many friends and family and will forever live in our hearts.
