She grew up there and graduated from Swink High School in 1964. She married, Iraj Mazaheri in Swink in 1972 and they move to Fort Collins where Iraj was attending CSU and they built their home in Fort Collins. Soon after she and Iraj began a Kirby Vacuum business. In 1976, they moved to Santa Barbara, CA still in the Kirby business. They moved back to Ft. When her youngest daughter was in High School she began work on her Theology degree at the Biblical School at Regis University in Denver. Linda took computer classes at Front Range Community College and was soon hired as a medical clerk at the Loveland Sunrise Community Health Center. She worked there for a few years until deciding to retire to be able to stay at home and spend time with her Husband Iraj.

She was one of the original members of SEAS and ran multiple contemplative prayer workshops there. She was also very active in RCIA over the years. Linda also loved to read and pray; listen to relaxing music; listen and dance to different types of music; and listen to her husband sing occasionally.
