Margaret Donahue

Margaret "Peggy" L. Donahue, age 72, Fort Collins, CO formerly of Kansas City, MO ended her fight with Alzheimer's disease the morning of September 18, 2011. She will be cremated by Goes Funeral Care. She worked for Marion Merrell Dow Inc. for 16 years. Peggy enjoyed writing stories and poems, music, and spending time with her beloved family. She was an avid seamstress and chef. Peggy took pleasure in traveling the world with her sisters and her mother. She was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church of Kansas City, MO and Redeemer Lutheran Church of Fort Collins, CO. Survivors include her children Michelle M. Spohn, of Tucson, AZ; Marcie L. Thrailkill of Fort Collins, CO; and Michael E. Donahue of Lewisville, TX; sister Virginia A. and husband Loren Stuvick of Huntley, IL; and brother Glenn H. and wife Elaine Hein of Cheyenne, WY; and grandchildren Amber M. Thrailkill and Brandon T. Thrailkill of Fort Collins, CO; and Philip E. Spohn of Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents A. Louise and Henry G. Hein of Osceola, IA and her sister Jeanne M. Joseph of Huntley, IL.
