Marian Davis

Marian Esther Davis of Estes Park, Colorado passed away peacefully at her home, October 15th, 2009. She was born, February 28th, 1926 to Calvin and Helen Crandall in Cleveland, Ohio. Marian graduated from the University of Colorado then went on to teach in the Boulder area. She was also employed as a long time rural mountain mail carrier and worked for many years at the Boulder Elks Lodge. Marian was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Davis and two sons, John Steven Davis and James Bradley Davis. She is survived by daughters, Kim Davis (and Ken Glade) of Estes Park and Cindy Jeske (and John Stapay) of Westcliffe, Colorado and a son, Mark Davis (and Lori Davis) of Dacono, Colorado. She had 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at the Rocky Mountain church of Estes Park, Colorado on Saturday, October 24th, 2009 at 11:00 A.M.
