Marianne Colton Deshon Bullock

Marianne Colton Deshon Bullock, 93 of Fort Collins died November 2, 2015 of lung cancer. She was born April 25, 1922 in Nampa, Idaho to Rachel Griffith Colton and Cyril Hague Colton. She was raised in Denver, CO, graduating from East High School. She attended University of Denver where she started a lifelong affiliation with Pi Beta Phi.
She married Robert Deshon in Santa Barbara, California in 1944. He died in 1978. She Married Carroll (Cal) Bullock in 1986. He died in 2000. She was a homemaker most of her life, having lived in Northern and Southern California, Denver, Arizona and Fort Collins.
Marianne was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Barbara and both husbands. She is survived by son Robert Deshon Jr. (Anne) of Fort Collins; daughter Jeane Deshon of Kalispell, MT; five grandchildren; Lara Tabor Chanley (Andy) of Los Angeles, Suzanne Deshon Jackman (Jay) and Chase Deshon of Fort Collins, Tyser and Rourke Ditchey of Denver; and three Great-Grandchildren, Silas and Vivienne Chanley and Rory Jackman.
She enjoyed cats, and most all animals, playing bridge and golf, gourmet cooking, participating in the Order of Daughters of the King, PEO and was a Pi Beta Phi alumni. She was known for her generosity, eccentric culinary creations and punctuality.
Marianne's Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, November 7 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1208 West Elizabeth St., Ft. Collins. Interment will be held privately, later in Grandview Cemetery.

She will be missed.
