Mary E. Simon (aka Mary Beth) departed peacefully of natural causes on Saturday, May 8th 2021, with her loving husband of 45-years, Daniel C. Miller of Wellington, Colorado, by her side. Mary Beth's daughter Mandy Simon, and son Jay Miller are her closest remaining family. Mary Beth's request is that there be a private family service with her ashes to be scattered at the ranch she loved.
